Crossfit Hofplein – Lift 4 CHARITY

On Sunday August 19th Crossfit Hofplein will turn into a spectacle of our strongest and fittest Crossfit warriors. Five teams,
each containing two women and two men, will compete against each other for charity. The goal is to lift the greatest total amount of weight with your team. SIGN UP NOW! (as a team). The complete workout will be announced soon.

RULES
There’s is no entry fee, but each contestant is challenged to raise € 50,- in his or her social circles (family & friends). The more we can raise, the better! For example: Ask five of your close friends and family members to support you with € 10,- per person and invite them to the event to cheer you on.

Note: It’s not mandatory to raise € 50,- per person, but it will help us to reach our target amount of € 1.000,-.

WHY
TITANE supports nutmeg farmers through certification and fairtrade: The goal of this charity event is to raise money for nutmeg farmers in Indonesia. For centuries many countries and companies have overexploited the position of nutmeg farmers and their environment. TITANE is striving to change and protect their position in the international trade chain of nutmeg. Target amount: € 1.000,-
